Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Convex Containers, 2300 E Kenosha St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.

1. Orders

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order — for example where stock has gone, where a price was listed in error, or where delivery to your site is not feasible — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include delivery to the contiguous United States. Payment is taken by the methods shown at checkout; each is manual, so the order is held until the payment clears. Nothing is despatched before cleared funds. Title in the container passes to you on delivery; risk passes on delivery.

3. Descriptions and grading

Containers are used industrial equipment. Photographs are representative of the grade, not of the individual unit, unless a listing says otherwise. Grades are defined on our About page. Dimensions and weights are nominal and to standard ISO tolerances.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms, site requirements and re-delivery charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page and form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed.

5. Cancellation and returns

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming that your site can take a delivery, and for obtaining any planning permission, permit or landlord consent needed to place or use a container at your address. We cannot advise on local rules and nothing on this site is such advice.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use, or costs arising from delay. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and the courts of Oklahoma have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Buyback and trade-in

When we buy a container from you or take one in trade, our offer is based on the details and photographs you send. We confirm it when we inspect the container at collection; if its condition differs from what was described, we may revise the offer and you may decline. You confirm that you own the container and that it is free of any loan, lien or other claim. Ownership and risk pass to us on collection. A trade-in value is deducted from the price of the container you buy from us. Details are on our Buyback & Trade-In page.
