What is charged

Sales tax is not currently added at checkout. The price shown on each listing is the total you pay, including delivery to the contiguous United States.

Where it may apply

Sales tax obligations depend on where a business has nexus — a physical presence, or sales into a state above that state’s economic threshold. Where we are required to collect tax on a sale, it will be shown separately at checkout before you pay, never added afterwards.

Exempt purchases

If you are buying for resale or are otherwise exempt, send your exemption certificate to info@convexcontainers.com with your order number, and we will record it against the order.

Use tax

Where a seller does not collect sales tax, some states require the buyer to report and pay use tax directly. Whether that applies to you depends on your state. We cannot advise on your tax position — your accountant can.
